Nook Azul is a small enclave of rooms and lofts surrounding an old 43” oceangoing sailboat that has also been appointed as a self standing room that comfortably sleeps two. All 6 units are impecable, appointed with all the necessary amenities. Just a few steps away from all the downtown action, Nook Azul hosts singles, couples, families and small groups of up to 16. A small garden area has comunal patio furniture, hammocks, fire pit, a dining table, a BBQ.

Fun colors, healthy plants, groovy garden metal art; all add to the vibe that our loyal guests have come to love.

Originally, this was the site of a boat shop that was destroyed by Odile, a hurricane that battered Cabo in the summer of 2014. The boat shop has now been repurposed as a coveted hospitality venue with an adjacent workshop that forges custom knives and makes pieces of metal art.

With no ocean view and no fancy frills, we are able to “stack it high and sell it cheap”, offering a drastic alternative to Cabo’s high end hotels.

From the street, it’s unassuming and very easy to miss, as most walk right past it’s plain façade.

The owners of Nook Azul also own The Sand Bar, an iconic two level structure on the BellyButton of Cabo’s main, swimmable beach. This allows guests of Nook Azul, access to their very own beach club where they can enjoy a la cart breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a second operation at this beach club. On the top deck, 60  massage therapists apply their handy craft and kneed the naughtiest knots into submission. 36 dlls for 60 mins of bliss!

Imagine the setting as you indulge in a massage…. a warm breeze, an incredible backdrop of the rocks that conform Land‘s End and the splashing sound of the waves, gently washing the white sand below.
